Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in a related field. Possess a Degree and above from a recognized institution. Fluency in English will be essential. - Experience of working in a help-desk environment is highly desirable - General knowledge of IT - Outstanding communication & inter-personal skills and be able to work well in a team environment - Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills - Ability to work under pressure & in a concise, clear focused manner - Multi-tasking skills - Native level Mandarin - Business level English - Shifts will include a few weekend and public holiday covers
