Job Description:
Currently, Enwisen, Inc. are seeking for qualified candidates to join their United States team as HCM Portal Content Author. This opportunity is a Full Time position to be based in Novato, CA, United States.
Responsibilities:
HCM Portal Content Author
This person will explore, define, and author best practices across multiple disciplines of HCM. They will work closely with Product Strategy to prioritize and develop new areas of content development as well as maintain and refresh existing ones. This content will support customers’ existing HR systems through providing integrated knowledge and modeling tools to end users that will foster informed decisions that align with company procedures and best practices. This person will also work closely with development and UX to define the organization and presentation of relational and contextual content. They are likely to work with customers to gather and validate new content as well as partners to define integration points with various external HR systems.
Candidate Requirements:
5-7 years of related HR experience & content management
Broad experience with multiple HR disciplines such as talent acquisition, Time & Pay, performance management, and policies and procedure development
Excellent organization and written communication skills
Ability to self-manage long term deliverables
Experience with HR portal design and management
Experience with various HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, etc.
Ability to work cross functionally both internally and externally
Experience defining HCM analytics and key performance indicators is a big plus
Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Possess a Degree and above from a recognized institution.
