Working as part of a small team you will have mutliple responsibilities, but they will be tailored according to skills of the successful candidates and will leverage the skills available across the wider team. You will need to be a self starter, able to manage your own tasks and collaborate in a small group with architectural and technical guidance rather than day to day task level supervision.

This role would be very likely to suit someone who has been working for some time on developing new agile methods for application build and deployment within an application software development group, has developed an interest in that area and would like to move away from actual application coding to instead work fulltime producing the tools used by application develops.
