Description

Position Overview:

To work with Client Specialists, Knowledge Network, Account Team, Sales, other internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring the user engagement activities operate effectively and efficiency. Supports Client Specialists with administrative activities such as marketing materials distribution, arranging client and internal meetings, assisting to maintain the contact databases accurate and up-to-dated in CRM and other client databases. Plays the key role to coordinate administrative work to help improving Client Specialists operations with the internal stakeholders, overseas counterparts and customers. Addresses any gap in the administrative process that prevents business performance and assists to deliver the improvements.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Work with Client Specialists to support TRUST process by improving data digestion processes, producing performance report, keep good record on Opportunities, Contacts, Activities when required.

- Support Client Specialists operations in managing projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and counterparts in Asia.

- Be a point of contact with other administration team to provide the required information.

- Support the contact collection, maintain contacts, profiles, any other user/competitor intelligence at TRUST and other client databases.

- Identify and escalate any internal process that does not match the business needs.

- Implement the improvements to process, ensuring performance targets are met in the business area

Qualifications

Required Skills (Must have)

- 1-3 years of experience supporting or working within a sales team or sales organisation.

- Fluent in Japanese and basic level of English.

- Good level of business use of EXCEL.
