Governance, Risk & Compliance is a new and fast-growing Thomson Reuters business. It focuses on connecting our customers' business to the ever ever-changing regulatory environment, and client groups includes compliance, audit, legal and risk functions in financial services, law firms, accounting firms, regulators, insurance, energy and other industries undergoing regulatory change. Job Summary

Assists with the generation of new business and ensures growth of the business in Asia via knowledge of Configuring the eGRC technology Solution to support Internal Audit, Financial Control Management, Compliance and Regulatory Risk workflows. As Asia is a newer market for the platform, this position will be self sufficient, but must be able to adapt and change and grow a pre-sales and implementation function in Asia for the business. Assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. Researches and presents solutions showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. Provides technical training to clients in the sales and implementation processes and communicates customer feedback into future product developments. Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. Some of the other areas of accountability are included below.

Responsibilities

- Conducts product demonstrations using knowledge of proprietary products and Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices.
- Analysis of Client Requirements
- Analysis of Competitive Requirements
- Completion of RFP's and RFI's including knowledgeable components of Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices
- Update and maintain demonstration data to reflect real life Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices
- Interface with internal associates, primarily the sales team and marketing, to provide consistency and accuracy of message
- Other job related duties as assigned
- Able to work hours outside the normal business hours on occasion
- Providing consulting services to clients around the strategic utilization and set up of Thomson Reuters software products and bridging clients' methodologies to these products
- Managing highly complex client projects including identifying and consulting on business process requirements and performing requirements analysis
- Interacting with and advising clients and internal business partners to identify client business needs, formulate options, and recommend solutions to ensure Thomson Reuters software products are used to the fullest extent
- Proactively offering and selling Thomson Reuters services to ensure the client uses the Thomson Reuters software effectively
- Ensuring a successful and complete hand off of the initiated implementation to the appropriate Project Manager
- Facilitating successful client sessions including presenting in a professional and dynamic manner
- Maintaining in depth knowledge of Paisley GRC products
- Facilitating methodology and data validation engagements at the client site or Thomson Reuters offices
- Providing one-off support, as assigned by management, to internal and external customers
- Providing training services to clients when necessary

Qualifications

Education/Certification

- BA/BS in a related field or commensurate experience

Required Knowledge

- Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to sales and marketing
- General understanding of software applications and technology

Experience required

- Two (2) - four (4) years applicable experience
- RFP and RFI experience
- Software demonstration
- Enterprise Application Software sales experience preferred
- Software implementation experience

- GRC industry Experience
- CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, and similar certifications a plus

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to remain up-to-date on related changes in legislation
- Ability to travel 50-75%
- Three or more years of providing consultative services to high profile clients (two years of advisory experience is ideal)
- Three or more years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and responding with options and recommendations to meet the requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills
- Always portrays a positive and constructive attitude
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple projects at once
- Proven problem-resolution experience
- Pays careful attention to detail
