Responsibilities:

- Gather and clarify business process issues and requirements for reports and in-house application with internal customers in Data Center Operations globally to ensure the solution meets the requirement.
- Analyze and prepare complex cross-functional business requirements. Recommend changes to existing application/reports and/or business processes.
- Design and create Solution Requirements Specification: documentation of business process flow, justification analytics and initial transition plan.
- Coordinate with Global Process Definition and Governance team to define Key Performance Indicators in Data Center Operations department.
- Day to day management of new/change requests to reports/in-house application in relation to the plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Management of own workload, entailing multiple projects at various stages of transition.
- Perform in-depth analysis of Key Performance Indicators in organization's department including trending and what-if scenarios.
- Identify potential area of improvement to support for management decision.

Provide consultancy and support to application/report user including producing user manual and conduct training sessions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in either technology related or business disciplines.
- A minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in areas like business analysis, data analysis and reporting.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Strong logical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- An understanding of business process re-engineering, Data Center Operations, ITIL framework and appropriate documentation will be considered a distinct asset.
- Thai national or must be legally able to work in Thailand without the company having to obtain a work permit.
