The Senior Content Quality Analyst shall conduct cross content quality audits for Chinese and Japanese markets using a variety of methods. Coordinates and compiles research into service, quality and reliability issues affecting the content set globally, ensuring the quality of service delivered by the content set team meets Thomson Reuters quality, service and reliability targets. The successful candidate will be comfortable using a variety of tools to conduct quality audits including Thomson Reuters products, SQL and hand sampling. Consults with customers and stakeholders to ensure their service, quality and reliability requirements are understood and implemented. Ensures transparency into identified quality issues, communicates regularily and proactively with Content and Data Operations stakeholders.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits using analytical tools and on selected samples
Cross content trainings for new joiners
Assist Team Leader in resource allocation and management
Initiate new analytical testing and support monthly top issues reporting.

Qualifications

Education

Batchelors Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skill

Detail orientation
SQL experience
Comfortable communicating to senior management, peers and staff
Ability to coaching and mentor
English, Japanese language skills. Koren language expertise a plus
