Job Summary
Title: Team Leader, Content QA Beijing Team ID: CON00006221
Description
Leads a team of 10-16 cross content Quality Analysts with language expertise. Is the primary Service & Quality point of contact for 10-12 content sets covered in Beijing. Ensures that the equivalent Content Team Lead and regional stakeholders is provided with the information and insight they desire to manage their area. Anticipates possible problems in their content areas and the needs of a wide range of stakeholders and customers. Aligns team to find, assess and report problems before the customer finds them. Acts to create transparency and insight so that business and operations stakeholders can effectively prioritize, correct and prevent problems. Coordinates and collaborates with peers and other teams to create a culture of easy, performance-driven teamwork.
Role and Responsibility
- Know, Grow and Flow Talent. Understand and prioritize talent-based hiring and management in recruiting and in day-to-day management. Ensure a performance culture by setting and keeping high standards. - Leads their team to use a wide range of techniques, including sampling, SQL, statistics and analytics, to most efficiently and effectively find, analyze and report issues with our content. - Ensure all analysis and communication reflects the interests, needs, and styles of a highly diverse set of stakeholders including, above all, customers as well as internal operations, business, technical and service teams. - Communicate within and across your team, IRC, and any other teams as needed to create insight and transparency concerning content issues while minimizing surprise and embarrassment. - Deliver on group-wide programs and projects

Qualifications
Education:
Batchelors Degree or equivalent experience
Required Skill
Background in Content Management or other comparable Financial discipline Comfortable communicating to senior management, peers and staff Coaching and Mentoring Willing to challenge the status quo with well composed argument
Desired Skill
Experience with people management SQL and/or Oracle SQL Business Analysis or Software Testing Customer Facing Experience Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms Willingness to think beyond the boundaries of the day to day role. Conflict resolution Good presentation skills
